Working with Alexa has given me something I had been searching for without quite knowing how to name it: a way of bringing my mind, body, and spirit into the same conversation. As a Middle Eastern woman raised in a religious and conservative environment, much of what I understood as “spirituality” felt like a set of rules rather than a source of nourishment. Alexa not only understands the cultural and familial context I come from, but also works with it with real sensitivity. She has helped me rediscover spirituality in a way that feels wholesome and grounding, without asking me to abandon reason, intellect, or the realities of everyday life. Luke and Alexa facilitated a private Sacred Mushroom experience for the two of us, which unexpectedly took us deep into our relationship. With their help in preparation, ceremony, and subsequent integration, we had couple's therapy involving deep, and sometimes painful insights and, gratefully, much more understanding and growth as an outcome. The set and setting, including breathwork, meditation, and all of their personal touches were amazing. We heartily recommend they hold space for you.

During Luke and Alexa's 21-day metabolic detox, I experienced many profound and surprising results. I expected the physical changes, but the detox also "loosened up" some intense emotions my body had been holding around a difficult relationship I was struggling with. Luke's guidance and Alexa's counsel shifted BIG emotional energy, helping me heal some very deep wounds in my heart. I encountered my shadow-self and gained a greater understanding of who I am, liberating me from my fear-driven ego so I can live more fully in harmony and love.
