3-Week Program Outline This program is adapted to your needs and to the topics you want to explore during your process of self evolution.  The program can be adapted for pre or post ceremony work.  This is an example of our areas of focus.  ​​​Week 1 - Opening:  Starting your process: identifying life themes, personal styles for understanding and creating a culture of care between yourself and Alexa. We will work together to develop a deeper understanding and identify a system of intellectual and spiritual meaning making that is personalized to you.  ​Week 2 - Deepening:  Ceremony Skills & Deepening your intentions beyond your reasons for retreat: This session is a mix of experiential practices for how to work both with the medicine and your ceremony environment: topics covered will include: central nervous system practices, somatic movement practices, self assessment of when and how to take more medicine, your own cosmological literacy. ​Week 3 - Allowing: Available pre or post retreat, pending your readiness and ceremony dates. For Pre-retreat sessions, we will process your own preparation resistance, or resilience and provide an important touch point for ceremony.  For Post-retreat integration, we will hold the container for you to share your insights and experience as Alexa reflects potential connections, and helps you notice important content that you may have otherwise missed or forgotten. Post-retreat calls serve also as a nervous system support for grounding back into daily life. Alexa has practical tips based on neuroscience and backed by animistic traditions for this transitional session.
