Set & Setting

Our retreat is held at a breathtaking spiritual retreat center nestled in central highlands of Mexico that was purpose built to support and sustain sacred medicine work.  Our comfortable, eco-friendly accommodations allow to immerse yourself in nature while enjoying the comforts of a 4-star resort. 

In your off time, you can stroll through our beautiful gardens, swim in the natural pools,

and admire the extensive collection of original artwork and sculptures from world renowned visionary artists. ​

All of our dome-style bungalows are fully equipped with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, shower, dresser, and heater.

For those who wish to stay a integrate a little longer after the retreat, we invite you explore our integration packages.

Psychedelic integration, you could say, is the difference between “having an experience” with plant medicine,

and marking the beginning if your life’s turning point, and because this looks different for everyone, we have a few different add-on options to support your integration journey. You can choose to add on your integration package at any time.

Adventure Package

 

Valle de Bravo has tons of outdoor activities to do, and this option is great for those who would like a little adventure after their retreat.  

  • Where you'll stay: 2 Night stay at a beautiful villa in downtown Valle de Bravo, 15 minutes walking to the town center.

  • What's Included: private spa day and picnic at the local sauna, horseback riding to the Monarch butterfly sanctuary, visit to local markets, and transportation back to CDMX.

  • Capacity: 10 guests

  • Additional Fee: $1,111

Homestay Package 

 

For those who want a quiet place to rest and reflect after their retreat, the Decompression Package is a homestay with Luke & Alexa where you’ll have your own private cabin in the peaceful countryside just outside of Valle de Bravo.  This option has a strong focus on physical restoration and guests can enjoy our Turkish stream bath, spring fed jacuzzi, cold plunge, and a range of holistic healing modalities. 

  • Where you'll stay: 2 Night stay in a charming cabin at Luke Alexa's private home. 

  • What's Included: Home-cooked meals, Turkish sauna, jacuzzi, massage and bodywork, hiking on local trains, visit to the mineral springs, 1 on 1 integration therapy, and transportation back to CDMX.

  • Capacity: 2 guests

  • Additional Fee: $850

Alexa Iya Soro, MS, LMHC

Psychotherapist, Integration guide

 

With a highly personalized and heart-centered approach, Alexa empowers individuals with the tools and practices essential for continued growth and self-discovery.

 

Through talk therapy and experiential mindfulness, she employs modalities such as Depth Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Relational/Cultural Therapy, and Yin Yoga Therapy. Her techniques include nervous system entrainment, neuroscience-psychoeducation, and the thoughtful implementation of mythology, ritual, and ancestral connection.

Alexa holds a Master’s in Holistic Counseling & Eco-Expressive Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Humanistic Psychology from Brown University. With over 10 years of experience, she has dedicated her path to ritual healing, grief processing, and plant medicine.

Luke DeStefano, IHP2

Facilitator, Ceremony Guide

Luke is a ceremony facilitator with over 20 years of experience in creating safe spaces for personal and collective healing. He began formal practice in meditation at age 9, which sparked a passion for empowering individuals to discover their own innate wisdom and untapped potential.

In addition to his dedication to health and wellness, Luke serves as an integration guide, Integrative Health Practitioner, songwriter,  Kambo facilitator, massage therapist, breathwork guide, and an initiate of the Dharma Mountain lineage of Mahayana Buddhism. His passion for the sacred arts has led him to immersive studies in Thailand, Vietnam, China, Laos, Nepal, Costa Rica, and Mexico.

Amina Tezkatlahuiz

Medicine Woman

 

Amina Mexican is a Mexican native with more than 13 years of experience in both service and study on the medicine path.  She is a dedicated moondancer, temazcalera, and a practitioner of El Camino Rojo, a respected lineage of Toltec healing and wisdom ways.

In addition to her experience in Amazonian healing, she is trained in Structural Energy Awakening, Chi Nei Tsieng (Taoist abdominal massage), and holds a Masters of Psychotherapy from the University of Salamanca, Spain.

With her diverse skill set and wealth of experience, Amina works at the intersection of both shamanic and western healing ways.

Sabrina Ourania

Astrologer, Guest Support

Sabrina is an adept astrologer and transformational coach with over 20 years of experience guiding people through profound life thresholds. As a guardian at the threshold, she listens deeply to each guest’s story and intentions, helping ensure their calling to work with the medicine is met with clarity, care, and alignment.

An addition to her service to the stars, Sabrina is also a Thai Massage therapist, health coach, an incredible singer, and will be offering her soothing heart songs during our ceremonies.

Chule Ama

Massage Therapist, Bodyworker

Chule is a talented bodyworker and massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in support sacred ceremony work.  She work with a variety of modalities like deep tissue/sports massage, cupping, and acupuncture.  Chule also carries the medicine of the Temazcal and the gift of many traditional medicine songs to support your ceremonies

Karen Mukaw

Ceremony musician, workshop facilitator 

Karen is a Mexican born medicine woman with a powerful gift for music and song.  She will be accompanying you during the ceremonies with sweet, playful, and powerful music to help guide your journey. Karen is also a facilitator for Family Constellations Therapy, and personalized workshops in drumming and sacred play.
