We remember when we first started getting into producing retreats. So much inspiration, so much good intention...so little experience. Before long, we were totally overwhelmed by all the details we hadn't considered - travel delays, permitting, building a team, creating a balanced itinerary. Now, nearly 20 years later, we've learned a thing or two about creating experiences in which guests and facilitators alike can be completely at ease.
