Live Transmission

Join us for a special journey of breathwork, live music, and a chance to tap into the wellspring of your vital life force!  Luke will be guiding a short (45 minute) but potent breathwork session that is open to all levels of experience. This is a practice we guide on our in person retreats, which we're not excited to be offering to folks at home. Let's se what's possible with an open mind, a bit of trust, and the simple power of breath. This practice works on the autonomic nervous system and will leave you feeling both energized and deeply calm. 

Benefits : Mental clarity, relaxation, focus, increased immune function, reduced inflammation, release of stuck emotions and physical tension, and a chance to connect with like-minded individuals.

What to bring: 

• This is a high-fidelity, stereophonic listening experience, so we highly recommend bringing headphones or good speakers

• Water

• Comfortable clothing

• Space to lay down.

This is a free event, with an optional donation which is passed forward to a different charitable organization supporting indigenous rights, cultural preservation, and stewardship of our waters, forests, and skies.
