Community Integration Circle April 16

All too often we see an overemphasis on the tools of healing - plant medicines, wellness trends, therapy modalities - and not nearly enough emphasis on the container - the nurturing space that holds it together, a space to be witnessed, heard, and held accountable.  Our container, in no small sense, is our community, which is what we wish you share with you. 

This is a non-dogmatic container that will flex and adjust according to the energy of the group.  It is a space to request support or guidance, to share experience, or to simply listen.  At the beginning of every call, members of the community can ask for support in initegration a recent experience.  This usually informs how the rest of the call unfolds, which becomes an opporrtunity to see how much we truly have in common.  

This Month we will be joined by our Kate Manuell Our Somatic Practitioner + Resonance Embodiment Therapist.
