Community Integration Circle

A free online gathering to honor what's moving through the collective. A safe space to share, listen, reflect, and support each other.

Agenda:

We'll open with a short meditation to help bring our attention present, and then the space is open. This month, we will not be introcuding a specific theme, but we'll leave the space open to see what theme's may emerge. This month is simply about sharing what we're going through, both in our light and in our shadow, simply for the sake of being heard.

Flow

We'll open the space to whoever wishes to share first. We will try to keep our shares to 5 mins to allow everyone a chance to speak. Once everyone has had a chance to share, we will open the circle for reflections.

Exchange

This gathering is free to attend by donation, and proceeds are passed forward to the Indigenous Medicine Reciprocity Fund.
