This Oct 18th, join us for a special journey of breathwork, music, and a chance to tap into the wellspring of your vital life force. The session will be 45 mins in duration with a guided tutorial beforehand.

Reciprocity: As always, this event is free to attend with an optional donation that goes to support a different cause each month. The donations for this month's Integration Call will be going to support Los Guardianes de Valle de Bravo, a grassroots non-profit here in Valle de Bravo working hard to protect our forests and lakes from industrial contamination and invasive plant species.
