About this event
Through our interweaving personal and professional journeys, we have experienced & witnessed the incredible shifts that psychedelic medicines can initiate, and we recognize the need for quality support with those who wish to do this work in a safe, intentional, and effective way.We hold deep reverence for these sacred medicines, and honor them as a catalyst for growth - not a replacement for self-work.
In honor of cultivating daily practices of embodied spirituality, Alexa will be guiding these series of classes. Each class will begin and end with a meditation practice and journaling. Alexa will guide you step by step on the form and function of rhythm and movement so you can adapt this into daily life. This is for anyone with a body. All movements can be adapted into your physical range. We will close the session with community Q&A and check in. Â
You are more than wecome to come for 3 or all 6. We highly recommend committing to 3 sessions so you can have the full experience. Please take note of the rotating times as to account for our global community!
