Our Community Integration calls are our way of giving back to our community and weaving the threads of connection for all the incredible people we've had the opportunity to serve.

These calls are always free to attend with an optional donation that supports a different cause each month.

This Month's Call: Join us for a special journey of breathwork, music, and a chance to tap into the wellspring of your vital life force.  Luke will be guiding a 45 minute breathwork session with an instructional tutorial beforehand.  The style of breathwork we'll be exploring is inspired by Tibetan Tummo, which stimulates the autonomic nervous systems and will leave you feeling both energized and deeply calm.  Luke will be offering live live musical accompaniment for your journey.  This session will be recorded for you to use for future journeys at home. 

What to bring:  headphones, water, comfortable clothing.  You'll want to set up a place to lay down.

 

Reciprocity:  The donations for this month's Integration Call will be going to support Los Guardianes de Valle de Bravo, a grassroots non-profit here in Valle de Bravo working hard to protect our forests and lakes from industrial contamination and invasive plant species.
